Nice room and very good...

Liked: Overall, the apartment was very good. I requested a room with a balcony, and my request was fulfilled. The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to Zeil and about 8–10 minutes to the metro station. The room was clean, the WiFi was fast, and the bathroom was fully equipped. I was satisfied with my stay.
Disliked: The only thing that could be improved is the kitchenette — since there is a kettle and cooking is possible, it would be nice to have some basic items provided, such as sugar, tea, and salt. That was the only small detail I missed.

Liked: Really great location, nice staff, room itself was so so. Bed, flat screen, wardrobe with safe. small bathroom but for one person it's enough
Disliked: could be better with cleaning, housekeeper lady was always nice and asked if I wanted something (had to work from there), and cleaned when I needed, but when I entered the room for the first time, well... The cleaning could have been better. There was an ashtray on the balcony that hadn’t been emptied (I am a non-smoker). There were visible handprints on the glass doors to the balcony. Also, there was visible dust under the bed (I didn’t crawl under it, but I could see it clearly while sitting on the couch).The small kitchenette only had basic equipment, nothing for more advanced cooking. I also missed having at least some basic spices available.
