Exceptional

Liked: Central location, walking distance to the nearest metro station. Helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful, modern neighbourhood. Clean rooms, enough breakfast despite a narrow breakfast hall.
Disliked: The breakfast room is not accessible via elevator. Elder people have to use the ladders which might not be convenient for their comfort.
