Disliked: Noise from the ventilation system on the third floor. Staff told us nothing they can do about it (advice was to take key card out but even that didn’t help)

Liked: I loved the location, the room is big, the bathroom is spacious and good, and the staff is nice.
Disliked: I left a "Do Not Disturb" or "Clean" sign on the room door, yet the cleaning team came in while I was gone, but they didn't clean anything. They just put out fresh towels, but they didn't dust the room, nor did they clean the sink, toilet, or used cups. They didn't replace the used coffee or tea bags. In the evening, after 11:00 PM, when I returned, the door wouldn't open, so we had to call reception to find a solution.

Liked: Great location - shops and restaurants in the same street. But very quiet at the same time. Very spacious room with great air conditioning. Everything is new and neat. Highly recommend for staying in Wetzlar (old city is just 30 mins easy walking away).

Liked: Big room, was actually a suite. Probably too big.
Disliked: No food available for evening.

Disliked: First room the gave me was used and not clean. Which I had to request another one. Person in the lobby fixed it.
