Budget friendly accommodation close to...

Liked: Second time at this Hotel. Excellent welcoming at reception, helpful housekeeping personnel and good restaurant staff. The location was a short walk to the events I attended at Te Auahua on Dixon St. Easy access to the hotel car parking. Reasonable price for what you get. Great to have an on-site cafe/restaurant.
Disliked: The first time at this hotel I was placed on a quiet high floor. This time I was placed on a lower floor and the street noise was considerably noticeable and annoying. Loud room neighbors at 3.00am. There was no comfortable chair to sit on in the room. Rooftop bar closed probably due to the winter weather.

Really convenient location, pleasant staff...

Liked: I was impressed with how clean the unit was. We were given a complimentary upgrade, which was good. Our room had a lovely view, other rooms had a wall, but it didn't matter as we were out and about. Roof top bar was great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Clean, lovely staff, goodlocation
Disliked: No space on bathroom vanity for any products, shelf above very small and cannot hold much items or weight. IE, hairdryer or straightener

Exceptional

Liked: The location is fantastic. Reception staff were extra friendly and welcoming. I recommend visiting their rooftop bar, even in winter, as you'll be kept warm by one of their many heaters, and they make a yummy slushy cocktail! Clean and tidy room.
Disliked: A microwave would have been handy.
