Good location. Overpriced.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: When checking in, staff was very cold and abrupt. They didn’t like that we had booked via booking.com. Took a long time to find our reservation.

Don’t waste your money

Liked: Did not purchase breakfast. Location was hood
Disliked: Showed up to be told no valet parking. We were told to park in a garage 15 minutes away that we could not find in 1.5 hours of trying. Staff at gront desk were very rude. The evening concierge finally helped us before we missed our 5pm appointment. Hotel website stated vending available- a falsehood. No vending. Would never see this kind of service or false advertising in the states!!

Fantastic location, friendly, comfortable and...

Liked: Brilliant location, professional and welcoming staff and a large room with all of the amenities we required. A calm and cheerful atmosphere made us feel safe and comfortable. Very near the main attractions but very quiet in the room at night. Would not go anywhere else if we return to Dublin.
Disliked: None.

Liked: The hotel is lovely, the staff friendly and efficient. The location is ideal, just a short walk to all the city centre attractions.
