Tripgoly horrible stay

Liked: Had to move into another room, Because the refrigerator wasn't working. Then ontop that the room that we move into the shower was leaking from the outside when the water is running. .Valet parking was expensive too.
Disliked: I didn't like nothing about the Hotel.And very expensive for the price,and no perks came with this hotel. one staff was very rude.....

Liked: I lived how friendly the staff members were. It felt like talking to family.
Disliked: We did have some problems with housekeeping and the AC in the room that were never resolved. It was disappointing to reach out to the management team with no response or resolution, even after multiple requests.

Disliked: Booking.com didn’t send the virtual card to cover the payment for our stay. Spend over an hour on the phone with Booking. Had to pay again at property. Booking says they will issue refund.
