It was just okay

Liked: Bedding and location and staff was nice
Disliked: Microwave was broken stains on chair and look like food stains smeared on the wall. Bedding was clean and comfortable but the traffic there is very suspicious. Maintenance entered our room without permission while we were gone and didn’t let us knw. The reason we knew because the cart was missing that we forgot to return. They had to watch the cameras because management didn’t even know.

Disliked: For starters there was a 50 dollar deposit that was NOT mentioned until after booking. Fine ok it's refundable.. upon arrival we paid went up the room had not been cleaned. I don't even think the bedding was changed. There was tooth paste still all over the sink and mirror. Trash under the couch and bed. The jacuzzi tub was rough and slippery where they just painted over whatever was there the TV didn't work either. I have no clue nor do I want to know what was splattered on the baseboards. As someone who owns a cleaning service wow! I could have went down and complained sure. But after a 12 hour drive already and already paying what was the point tha k goodness we only needed to sleep for 5 hours and then head back home. Sanitation was Def my main concern. If your going to charge a deposit then at least clean the rooms. I would not go back to the place again.

Disliked: Pictures online DO NOT match was was physically found in the actual room. Furniture looked like it was picked up from the side of the road-stains-roaches-filth. Carpets stains everywhere even outside of room. This establishment was horrible - literally walked into the room that smelled of urine looked around and walked back out and left promptly . I notified the receptionist that we were not staying due to roaches and uncleanliness and left. Additional note, it says safe area- but I didn't feel it was in a very safe location as I was walking back to my truck there were several vehicles that pulled into the parking lot , drove around, then left. My credit card was charged by Booking.com now having issues getting reimbursed for a stay that never happened.
