Tricove Inn & Suites

I was very disappointed; the picture and the rating they had on the website was false advertisement. The building was poorly maintained; the room smell like mold and the place gave you unsafe feelings. I was glad I only had to stay just one night.

Liked: The young lady at the desk helped me out with directions.
Disliked: The room had a bad mold smell; the room as well as the entire building was poorly maintained.

The room was great. Smelt very clean and the bed was super comfy.

Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The staff was not good and Rude , i've never heard A cleaning person can come in your room to check your room when you refuse service for cleaning your room.we went to the front desk to report it The guy at the front said that the cleaning person have to inspect the room to see if they need cleaning..have anyone heard of that ? Then the guy at the front desk said if we dont like the policy there then we can leave, then the next day. He said he would not extend our stay.. this is a first ever for something like this to happen, we're hoping that corporate is reading this. Your staff definitely do not need to work there anymore.. So I definitely do not recommend anyone to stay there., i guess this is what we get for staying somewhere cheap...smh
