Disliked: The parking was only like 5 bays so if there was a 6th car they park where others may not be able to get out. And you are also charged for the coffee pods if you use them

Liked: Checking was ok but male when asked a question about getting to Optus stadium wasn’t overly helpful. Other staff were good. Rooms are very petite and as it rain most of the day after I checked in I spent the time in that little area which started to feel cramped. So great if you can get out and about but not so great if you can’t.
Disliked: Room was too small for being in one place for a couple of days. And one unhelpful person at front desk asked about public transport and go a general wave of there are buses that way? Great if you know west Perth not so good if you come from interstate

Dissapointing, overpriced, no customer loyalty.

Liked: It was close to the hospital my daughter was staying at
Disliked: Fungi mold growing over the carpet, poor communication with staff, male receptionist rolling his eyes at me when I asked for a room change due to my sick daughter in hospital with no immune system and not wanting to risk getting her sick and I only booked the room so I could sleep and then go back to the hospital with her, breakfast wasn’t what they said it would be, overpriced room service that was inedible, rooms had zero maintenance, allowing visitors to walk around breakfast food with zero shoes and obviously on substances, unable to use hotel deposit for food.

Disliked: That I did not get a receipt.Was even asked to confirm email address for receipt and still have not received this.
