Liked: The stay overall was excellent. My partner ran the marathon and they offered a care package and a late checkout for us which was so appreciated!
Disliked: My only complaint is that when I went down to reception to get some post-marathon snacks, the woman on the coffee station told me (after I’d asked for a glass of apple juice and a cookie) “I’ve been working for 12 hours. I deserve a break.” And walked off leaving me with no service. I was a little taken aback but within 5 minutes someone else came to help.

Perfect hotel in Canary Wharf

Liked: Everything. All fixtures were of the highest quality and the bed was heaven. Powerful rain shower. Staff friendly and breakfast delicious too.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Great hotel, let down by...

Liked: The reception staff, the take-out/coffee bar staff were brilliant. Lovely room.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor, the staff not helpful at all.

Liked: So clean, great location, beds comfortable, showers really nice, bar has a good range.
Disliked: The pillows are a bit much. You can’t open the windows so the rooms get a bit uncomfortable overnight.
