Nice weekend break

Liked: Would have liked some cereals available. Butter rather than spread.
Disliked: Small lift that didn’t work properly

Would NOT recommend AT ALL!!!

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The female check in staff was impatient & impolite. She was rude & impatient in her replies even while answering basic questions. There would be times when there was no one at the reception. This could be a challenge if you have to enter the hotel as the second door is locked and only someone from inside can open it. The key for all the rooms and the one of the main entry doors of the hotel was the same. Essentially, this means that the room key can be used to open anybody's room since all keys are the same and there is only one lock in the room. This is a security issue. The bathroom door would not close. I was charged £5 to keep my luggage for a few hours - this luggage was stored in the bathroom opposite the reception. There was no luggage tagging done for identification! I've never had a hotel that I stayed in charge me for storing luggage - that too when they are storing the luggage in their bathroom! The bed springs were messed up and the bed was sinking in. I would not recommend anybody to stay here! There are SO many options of other hotels in this area.
