Looking out over the bay from one of the finest locations on Llandudno's famous Victorian promenade the hotel's grand historic exterior conceals comfortable rooms with attached bathroom many with stunning views. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Looking out to sea from the promenade the hotel has excellent views of both the Great Orme and the Little Orme at either end of the bay. The hotel's comfortable front lounge is a great spot from which to view the bay and the sea-facing rooms also offer sweeping views of the coastline. Basic but pleasant

Liked: Location was great. Room decor was okay- a bit dated but it was v clean and I had everything I needed for a night's stay. Excellent tv channels, wall fan, large shower.
Disliked: Decor could be improved on. Bed covers too hot for the weather. Only one towel. Cold shower. Noisy guests running up and down stairs.

Exceptional

Liked: We stayed in room 24. Which was the last room at the top of the hotel and at the back it was really nice. Even had a small fridge which I wasn't expecting. Would I stay again? 100% yes
Disliked: The people in room 23 had no consideration for anyone else running around and banging doors up to 11 pm. It is not the hotel's fault just poor parenting.
