This seaside themed Bed and Breakfast is set in a quiet street a couple of minutes' walk away from the Seafront Paignton Beach and the Pier. The town center bus station and train station are a 10-minute stroll away. We do not provide onsite parking; although the surrounding streets have free and paid parking as well as parking lots. Trentham House offers 3 double rooms and 2 family rooms all with private bathrooms comfy beds flat screen Freeview TV with DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. A hearty full English breakfast is served daily in the dining room along with cereals fruit and juices. The town center is a 10-minute stroll from Trentham House with bars shops and restaurants. Paignton Harbor and the Dartmouth Steam Railway Station are both within half a mile. Paignton nestles in between Torquay and Brixham (both a 10-minute drive away) and Dartmoor National Park (a 30 mins drive away). This is our guest' favorite part of Paignton according to indepedent reviews.

A must for anyone.

Liked: We enjoyed our one night stay such a lovely room so clean and tidy. Was made to feel so welcome would recommend completely. Breakfast was delicious wirh so much choice.
Disliked: There is nothing I could say I didn’t like at all. Great place. Can’t thank enough.

Great two days in prime...

Liked: Great location , Joanne very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent no complaints from my kids , family room is a generous size.

The guest house was very...

Liked: The breakfast was very good the hostess was very accommodating from a full English to pancakes and fruit for the grandkids not forgetting the choc spread tea toast xx

A short but sweet stay

Liked: The location of Trentham House is perfect for those travelling without a car, being just 15 minutes walk from the train station, 3 minutes from the beach, & near to local bus stops & town centre.A comfortable bedroom, clean with fluffy white towels & provisions of tea & coffee . Breakfast is the best I have ever had in the UK with such a delicious choice of fresh food. Fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cooked full English & plenty for vegetarians too. Icing on the cake was the lovely hostess Joanne, who radiates her warmth & welcome!We highly recommend Trentham House.
