peaceful & relaxing getaway

Liked: excellent staff, clean, loved the convenience of the big bathroom and walk in shower with the seat...which was a must for us. comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows, awesome amenities, beautiful grounds, loved our "patio" and we spent time sitting out there enjoying the "courtyard" view and the pool area. the convenient location on the quiet side of the Smokies was absolutely perfect...will definitely be back again!!
Disliked: tv...Wi-Fi went out and when it came back up the tv had to be programmed/set up for us twice. password entered by staff that we called when we could not figure it out. In a perfect world, you could just turn on the tv and it would work even if just local channels. But it was a minor inconvenience almost not worth mentioning since we were on vacation, except that my husband was determined to watch the men's college baseball world series finals, and I wanted to keep up with the news on a national level with everything that had been going on in the world. Otherwise, it was the perfect stay, and we will definitely stay here again

Fantastic position for a hotel...

Liked: Stunning location with outdoor and indoor pool. Gym was great and so was fire pit. Hotel is under renovation and we could see the improvement from our stay in 2024.
Disliked: We could not fault the hotel
