Good

Liked: Price was good, excellent service at the desk and dog friendly. Love seeing Butch as well ❤️ We have stayed here multiple times and are always able to book. We enjoy being able to bring our dogs and have a place to walk them.
Disliked: Didn't like the entry to our room facing a wooded area that was not lighted. Our door was hard to open and close good enough to lock cause it looked broken or busted and would stick. Made me feel unsafe while sleeping. The water pressure was poor in our room.

This is our second stay...

Liked: We had a nicely renovated cabin. Loved the Roku tv. My kids enjoyed the playground. Breakfast wasn’t super special, but we all left with full bellies and the lady working breakfast was very kind. Comfy bed and living area
Disliked: The renovations outside were loud starting fairly early in the morning. We were never given the WiFi passwords or breakfast times. Not a deal breaker, but frustrating. The pool closed at 8

Liked: This property is under renovations but it is a place to keep an eye on because it is in the making to be REALLY nice !! A great place for small or large groups with lots of amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful . Location is good
Disliked: Is under construction but still was a nice place

Perfect little getaway!

Liked: Townsend is the most beautiful area of the smokies. This was our first time staying at Tremont and everything was perfect. Can’t wait for the renovations to be completed, I know we will definitely be back ❤️
