Liked: It was clean, and I was lucky to have the room to myself for two nights.
Disliked: There was a fire alarm at night, and we had to evacuate.

Liked: Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. Fantastic location. Great parking.
Disliked: I was unaware the shared bathroom was located downstairs. This should have been made clearer on the booking information. To not have a bathroom or even access to water on the same floor is off-putting and makes a mockery of the tea and coffee facilities.

Liked: Satisfied with my experienced with trek global backpacker. This was my second time coming actually. And would love to book the same place again everytime I'll come to wellington.
