As always, exceeded my expectations....

Liked: I'm a 'frequent flyer' at Global Backpackers, so I guess I'm biased. The rooms are always exceedingly warm and comfortable, and the facilities first class.
Disliked: Reception service was fine, but I sensed the young lady was a little 'introverted' upon arrival. Would've been nice to have a little authentic and welcoming chat?

Disliked: The room was quite small and hard to open 3 suitcases at any time. More toilets and bathrooms would be ideal as there was a lot of queueing going on.
