Disappointing

Liked: Beautiful location. My bedroom was lovely & clean & the bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was painful, unfortunately. Had to ask for fruit bowls to be filled & an actual bowl. No juice available without asking. No one asking if you would like a further etc. No attention to customer service. My first evening, I asked for a San Miquel drink to hear the sound of a can being opened & charged £6.50. Not impressed. I read there wasn’t a bar but buying cans from the cash & carry & charging that amount of money is ridiculous! It was my birthday that evening & thought I would treat myself to one of their delicious sounding meals. I ordered the lamb, with dauphinois potatoes & red cabbage & decided to order a side of broccoli at £3.95 a portion. My meal arrived & there was no red cabbage. I asked about this to be told, we have run out. I was offered a bowl of other vegetables to receive peas & broccoli stalks!! Really!! Don’t get me wrong the lamb, potatoes & gravy were lovely but customer service was not up to standards you would expect for the price, disappointed. Breakfast was very painful, having to ask for fruit, juice & bowls. One piece of toast, no marmalade on Sunday morning. This family / company are very under staffed & have very disregard for their customers
