Competent, friend and very helpful...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had difficulty getting from the station to the hotel and the staff went over and beyond expectations to get me there. Very impressed with reception staff and the manager. They also arranged a late meal for me which was highly appreciated.
Disliked: Single bed was a bit on the small side. View from the room was over what appeared to be the laundry or kitchen area.

Liked: Good location, fantastic views, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and good facilities.
Disliked: A lovely property, nothing not to like! Only suggestion for future guests would be to bring earplugs as floorboards creaking in bedroom above could be heard in the night.

Liked: Position is perfect with superb views over the golf courses and Dovey estuary. Sea view bedroom was perfect and breakfast very good

Liked: The biggest asset was primarily the quality and friendly nature of the staff; followed closely by the incredible food served every day.
Disliked: Honestly nothing comes to mind
