Disliked: NothingExcept first room I didn't like cause of the viewThe view was nasty wet moss on flat roof with broken drainpipe and broken gutter close to window and i thought rats might be there..

Disliked: The room was old, smelt musty and needed decorating. Although the bedding was clean, the mattress itself was old and springy and creaked when you moved.The hotel was practically empty and yet we were put in the room with the fire escape running right past the window and the adjacant building beyond that.I came back soaked from a walk and couldnt get the radiators on. Reception said that they were off for the season as we had had an early warm spell. I was offered a plug in heater but that wasnt going to dry my coat and shoes which i had to wear for the rest of the weekend.The staff here are nice and are doing a good job at masking a poor hotel where customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority.
