Poor.

Liked: Tbh the room was what I’d expect for the cost, but the problem I had, first night fire alarm went off at 4am, second night constant people shouting in the corridors and rooms which made it almost impossible to sleep, and being there for work just wasn’t acceptable really!
Disliked: As above.

Good value for money paid...

Liked: I liked: the location (if you travel by car). There is a bar open till late and a dinner available if you need one but we did not tried it. Regarding the room: the price paid (49£) , the cleanliness of the room, the availability of a kettle and an hairdryer, the silence. The receptionist at check in.
Disliked: The room was cold; the radiator did not work. It was raining inside room 814. I did not like the staff's behaviour. They said they would send someone to check the room. The radiator was still not working when we returned and of course the room did not warm it up. I asked for a heater, which was provided, but when I was trying to explain the situation, the receptionist ran away without letting me finish talking, just repeating a thousand apologies. The noise of the dripping rain against the wall bothered me all night.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice location near Babacombe beach, sea view nearby
Disliked: Cleanliness is very poor, breakfast was not plenty, soap not enough

It was ok but I...

Liked: The breakfast needs to be upgraded have blackpudding scrambled egg also the fried bread doesn't need to be rock hard. Also have bigger drinking glasses.
Disliked: You need to have electric sockets by bed would also be better if you had C charger and USB charger built into them.
