8/10 cause of the room...

Liked: It is indeed clean. Everything was ok but we were given the same floor as where the restaurant is. I booked 4 months ago, we arrived almost at 00::00 and from 7 am onwards you could hear people laughing, getting on the lift which was near the room and we couldn’t rest. I found it unfair given arrival time and advance booking
Disliked: Near tube and many restaurants near the area, are felt safe

Convenient location, small perfectly formed...

Liked: The hotel is just round the corner from the tube station, it’s really easy to find.I had a single room, it was very small but perfectly formed with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Solo Travelers!

Liked: Very clean and close to the tube. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little small and so were the rooms but you get what you pay for.

Enjoyable and reasonable value.

Liked: Very clean. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Superb location. Air conditioning
Disliked: The room was very small and would have been uncomfortable for longer stays. Breakfast restaurant was sometimes too busy to be able to sit straight away.

I would stay there again...

Liked: This is the best area - Kensington. Don't expect large rooms - they do not exist in old buildings but the beauty of the area is the compensation for the small size. I love the location, away from a noisy street, clean place, very close to the metro station.
Disliked: Size of the bed :) I like large beds, but this one was small. Next time, I will take a room for two with a large bed to live alone

Good value for money

Liked: Very comfortable bed, very clean and quiet room. Location was perfect as the station is just around the corner.
Disliked: Breakfast stop serving at 9.30, it could go a little bit longer.
