Lovely place & area, not...

Liked: Was close to the tube station & shops
Disliked: Shower was broken, rooms are very small, bathroom is tiny!

Tiny basement room

Liked: Just round the corner from the tube station.
Disliked: We booked a double room. Our room was in the basement of the building and was tiny.. The double bed was pushed up against the wall so I had to climb in from the bottom. The space between the bed and the opppsite wall was so narrow that we couldn't pass each other. When I asked if there were any better rooms available I was told that there weren't. I was informed at that point that the fact the bed was pushed up against the wall was mentioned on the website. Having viewed the photos I noticed some beds with access on one side only but had assumed they were single rooms. Surely if you book a double room shouldn't you expect to be able to walk around the bed?!! We will not be returning

Accessible and clean

Liked: The hotel is clean and the location is literally right next to Earl's Court Underground station which is very well connected to all parts of your travel in London. The breakfast inclusion in this hotel is fairly descent as well. There's a lift and stairs and a pleasant ambience.
Disliked: The rooms are quite small and tight. There are no bedside tables and not enough place to put bags. Could also benefit from dim lighting.

Liked: Very good location, close to Earls Court train station. Hotel looked very charming from the outside and gave a nice first impression
Disliked: The rooms were extremely small with hardly any storage space, the hair dryer wasn’t working. The shower was only okay in terms of cleanliness, and the breakfast room felt far too cramped to enjoy a meal. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but considering the size, amenities, and comfort, it felt significantly overpriced and did not offer good value for money.

would not stay again due...

Liked: Room spotlessly clean. comfortable bed. good continental breakfast. good for transport connections to tourist attractions. Nice building on quiet road. Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Room was really small. Double bed beside wall so only accessible from one side. Double bed should be accessible from both sides. No safe in room. Bathroom tiny, no water glasses
