Good value, great location.
Liked: Excellent location for transport and eating out, quiet except for a vague rumble from the tube station but that was at a level that did not bother light sleepers like me. The breakfast was simple, as one might expect for a small hotel like this, but fresh and good value for money along with the room. The whole place is very clean.
Disliked: Could use a visit from a plumber: the sink in the bathroom had a rather stiff tap and a clickable plug that would not unclick, so washwater tended to linger in the sink and whiskers would not drain. In the same vein, the toilet flush was more of a low pressure trickle and sometimes needed repeating. I reported the plug on the last day so obviously it wasn't a joy-killer and hopefully it has been resolved.

Poor
Liked: Location was great and most of the staff were very nice.
Disliked: The beds are not comfortable and the room is so small. The bed is pushed up against the wall in the double room, so one person always had to climb over the other or to the end of the bed to get out of bed. The air conditioning was a bit fussy at times and the (tiny) bathroom shower was also cold twice during our stay.

Tiny rooms but exceptional location...
Liked: The location was exceptional right next to Earls court station. lots of great pubs shops and transport easy walking distance. The breakfast and staff were terrific. Very crowded between 8-9 but we found a seat if we came between 7-8 or at 9am. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Would suit a single person per room.
Disliked: There was not enough room in the room for 2 people with bags (we had travelled from Australia so had a large suitcase and a small backpack each). No storage, the bathroom was so small we needed to leave the shower door open to shower. The double bed was against the wall so you had to climb over your partner to get out. The neighbouring property seemed to be an emergency accommodation rooming house so lots of people on the steps drug affected. No one bothered us but if its not something you are used to it could be confronting. We left a night early and found larger cheaper accom nearby. v
