Great Stay

Liked: Having air conditioning during the summer was perfect and it was clean, comfortable and just around the corner from the tube
Disliked: my only complaint was that maybe some shelves in the shower for toiletries

Very small and uncomfortable room

Liked: The location was good for our purposes and the man on reception was very pleasant.
Disliked: The room and bathroom was very small and very hot the air conditioning was not effective at cooling the room, the bed was a very small double and the mattress was very bumpy and not comfortable. The bathroom was not well maintained. We checked in but didn’t stay more than 20 minutes before checking out and we didn’t stay. We were told we couldn’t have a refund but I am taking this up with Booking.com.

Bad

Liked: The air conditioning was very good.
Disliked: My room was extremely small and on the top floor under the roof. There was a lift to the 4th floor, but then I still had to carry my heavy bag up and down steps to get to my room. Being under the roof, both the room and the bathroom had very low ceilings, which I continued to hit my head on! The television did not offer a wide range of channels, especially news and sports!

Liked: The location is lovely, near tube station, but on quiet street. Near to shops, restaurants, etc. . Self service breakfast is good , with lovely staff in attendance. Good powerful shower. Nice small hotel, that feels more like Bed and Breakfast.
Disliked: Our double room was tiny,. Had everything we needed, but had to step aside to let each other pass.!. It was too small for the amount of money we paid. Reception staff were efficient, but lacked a bit of personality. No chat or engagement with us. A few friendly words of interest and smiles would have been nice ..Otherwise all good.
