Liked: I usually opt for modern accom but was a nice change - loved the size of the rooms, ceiling height was massive and restaurant/bar was nice
Disliked: Trying to get in/out after hours there is only one door you can use, on a rainy night walking around trying to locate the right entrance was a little frustrating but the staff did explain this at check in

Liked: So much well preserved heritage in this hotel. Felt grand plus 5 star cleanliness. We hope it will be preserved for many more to enjoy.

Excellently positioned for easy travel...

Liked: The history, the look and feel of the place. The position was great for access to city cats on the river. Also for multiple close by dinning options
Disliked: Nothing

Grand rooms, fantastic location and...

Liked: The room was huge with an extremely comfortable bed with beautiful linen. The hotel had great facilities with bar and dining options. The bathroom was so grand with a fabulous bath and shower, the marble was so luxurious. All rooms faced a central courtyard which was amazing from the 3rd floor.
Disliked: The lifts from the car park were not working so bringing luggage from the car park was an effort.
