We were a bit disappointed in the hotel. In fairness, maybe it was because we had just checked out of the Encore and it was 'over the top', but we expected a little more cleanliness from Treasure Island, but loved the tram system nearby and location in general.

Liked: Front desk, Michael, was very helpful with accommodation and directions; very patient and pleasant.
Disliked: Pillow cover on bed had black dirt marks; lounge chair stained and dirty; picked up what looked like wadded up paper towel under desk - ugh.

Decent hotel, close to everything....

Liked: The hotel offerd booking at one price and turn around and charged extra for room with two beds which is contrary to the listing during the booking. They claimed that this is due to a festival that take place on that weekend.

Nice location at the Las...

Liked: Hotel was on the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Free spacious parking. Hotel had many restaurants and shops. Room had a smart TV. Good cleaning service.
Disliked: Room didnt have kettle or coffee machine. A/C was outdated.
