Came to relax and unwind...

Liked: Room was very nice. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the nights. The Pool area had plenty of lounges and umbrellas, plus food/beverage service. Beach was nice, though a bit of a walk to(more than I'm used to). After, seeing, it's a Sea Turtle nesting area, I'm more than happy to walk further :) . When we arrived 4 hours early, gentleman in the parking lot, directed us where to go, met us and escorted us to the front desk. They said our room was READY and we could check in! He took us up, gave us some restaurant ideas, told us about fresh cookies from 4-6 in lobby. Totally enjoyed our stay and interaction with everyone we encountered or dealt with. Had a Great Time. Great Place.
Disliked: Missed cleaning room one day. We never left for pool/beach before 11 am, so could have been our bad.

Resort stay with spectacular view.

Liked: Great location, right on the waterfront with spectacular view of the Gulf. On site restaurants had fresh food, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were done up daily, very clean.
Disliked: I wished the rooms had laundry, but there was a coin operated laundry on site. Would be nice if they had a separate pool for diaper aged kids.

One of the best getaways...

Liked: Very clean, bright and comfortable. All staff, from manager to maintenance, were super friendly. Enjoyed lying out by the pool and grabbing a drink and app at the surf bar. The bed and pillows were probably the best we’ve ever encountered.
Disliked: Hard to complain about it but the food service at the pool was a little slow.

We had a very good...

Liked: Beautiful property; rooms spacious; clean. Kitchenette; great balconies. The hotel is a good walk to the beach. The people who work there super nice. The pool is small and not that relaxing with footballs whizzing by your head. You see a lot of poor parenting or no parenting I should say. Saw a couple women almost duke it out over one of the women almost hit a 2 year old in the face
Disliked: Football in the pool area but not hotels fault
