Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

We were a bit disappointed in the hotel. In fairness, maybe it was because we had just checked out of the Encore and it was 'over the top', but we expected a little more cleanliness from Treasure Island, but loved the tram system nearby and location in general.

Liked: Front desk, Michael, was very helpful with accommodation and directions; very patient and pleasant.
Disliked: Pillow cover on bed had black dirt marks; lounge chair stained and dirty; picked up what looked like wadded up paper towel under desk - ugh.

Liked: Loved breakfast, very fast service, fast seating. The bar was excellent. Gift shops excellent. Elevators were fast and efficient.

Disliked: I came here for my girlfriends birthday her first time in vegas i got a suite for her to have a vip experience but the jacuzzi mirror was dirty the hot tube was dirty i feel some sand in there the bed wasn’t due right, the furniture it’s too old for a suite i expect more for what i pay we weren’t able to use the pool i call to see if it was going to be reopen open the employe was mean and rude i ask to speak with a manager and she was rude too so really bad experience

Liked: The casino VERY clean. Security guards very pleasant. The Coffee Shop staff were very friendly, hard working and the food was amazing. So many things in this casino. I book here frequently.
Disliked: The bed TO ME was very uncomfortable. I believe they need to replace/improve mattresses.

Liked: On strip location , everyone was helpful and friendly. Clean room super comfortable king size bed . Convenient cvs on property

Disliked: I booked this hotel through my Affim account but was not told Ti does not accept third party payment because you need a physical id!! What is the purpose of partnering with Affirm????? The girl cancelled my transaction and put it all my credit card which I did not want!!!! Will never stay there again because of this!!
