With lush landscaping, a private marina, and a rooftop sun deck for soaking up the Florida vibe, this resort-style property is perfect for concert-goers looking to unwind before and after the show. Just a 3-minute stroll to the beach and close to popular local venues, it's both scenic and convenient.

Why Concert-goers love it

If you're catching a show nearby, you’ll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere after a night of loud music. The hotel’s location offers easy access to venues around Treasure Island and John's Pass, along with a quick walk to the beach for daytime recovery. Late check-in (from 4:00 PM) and a relaxing hot tub or rooftop deck make it a great spot to recharge after a long night. Plus, free WiFi and in-room coffee makers help you ease into the next day.

There are microwaves and mini fridges in every room, making quick snacks or leftovers easy. Morning-after breakfast spots are also just a short walk away — perfect for fueling up after a night of dancing.

Nightlife Options

What People Say

Guests love the friendly staff, clean rooms, and beautiful waterfront views. Many mention the rooftop deck, pool, and hot tub as standout amenities. The walkable location and easy access to both the beach and local attractions get frequent praise.

Very nice stay.

Liked: Apparently, according to some reviews, there are rooms not as nice as ours, but our room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean, with a nice view of the marina. We saw kitchen cabinets in the photos and assumed they had silverware, but there's none, fyi.The staff was friendly and very helpful with area information. The location is also great, with a Waffle House next door, John's Pass Village and several bars and restaurants nearby.Note: The beach is almost across the street, but the stretch of sand is very wide, so if you have children and are carrying bags, chairs, a cooler etc, beware: the water it's not as close as it seems, and it will be a long walk in the hot sun:)
Disliked: There was no remote control for the TV in our room, and we only got one the following night. We normally dont watch much tv, but a tornado touched down in Largo that day, and we wanted to follow the news and weather forecast. Not a big deal, but they should have extra ones just in case. The towels are very scratchy. It would be nice to slowly replace them with better quality.

Very good

Liked: Location is perfect and very friendly staff. It was our second time staying there and would definitely go again. We love the free beach ride service in the area.
Disliked: Ice machine was working, but intermittently out of ice. Maybe needs a secondary machine. Could smell cigarettes and marijuana when walking through the hallways.

beautiful view with great sunsets...

Liked: The hotel location very close to beach and across the street was my first priority and that had rooms with ocean view. The room was very clean and had updated decore and nice furniture in great condition. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: 1)The bath towels were very hard from excessive repeated washing with harsh bleach. Time for new plush feeling towels. 2)The TV not being a smart tv to be able to access youtube, netflix. The available local channels was very limited.3)The parking was very limited. There was no parking when I arrived and needed to circle around and wait 20 min till someone left. Hotel had no prior arrangements to secure overflow parking. While at front desk heard clerk call someone and was told to call Waffle house and ask for permission.4)The tub was very high. looked like a dog washing tub. For tall people over 6 feet im sure would not have an issue. But short people like myself with short legs it was a bit difficult getting in and out tripping my foot a few times. This would be difficult for elderly guest as well as elderly with mobility issues. they would probably need to sit first then swing feet into tub. Great for parents with small children to bathe nice and deep.

We’re not upset because of...

Liked: Close to the beach and boardwalk, perfect access to the pool area on floor one. Loved the glass sliding door to the pool.
Disliked: Rooms were cleaned to our liking, toe nail found in shower, shower was not cleaned properly, mold in our friends room on curtains, first room they were in smelled strongly of cat urine.
