Great place to stay; room was great. Hubby loved the huge shower.

The food was absolutely disgusting...

Liked: Dirty on the outside cigarette butts everywhere, but other than that, it’s OK

Disliked: Non slip shower floor. Someplace where family could sit to visit without being in room or casino.

Nightmare stay rudeness lies and...

Liked: Room did have a good view beds were ok
Disliked: The staff were terrible and their attitudes seemed racist we arrived after the check in time but our room was not ready. So made us wait after driving almost 6 hour. Had No other room available no sorry for our inconvenience or anything no microwave in room. Given rights at check in. Towels will be charged water in room 6 dollars fee no smoking fee. (None were smokers yet we had wait in casino surrounded by smoke). It got worse from there when cleaned room next day almost sent two of our party to hospital due to fumes not sorry just maybe you should find another hotel . After speaking with the manager was told sorry we will make it right. And get refund. Was told contact Booking for refund they would issue. We have contacted Booking but no response thus far . It was a nightmare staying there

Disliked: The checking in staff (Kayla) greeting needs improving. Not friendly or cordial at all. Very stoic.Didn't volunteer directions to get to room.
