Liked: Location close to the hospital
Disliked: I stayed one night, checked out and than waited all day for my husband to be discharged from the hospital. Finally at 4:30pm I booked the room again. One hour later my husband was discharged, but the manager refused to give me a refund or even a discount. I left anyway and drove back home.

Highly recommend, but ask for...

Liked: Overall, my stay at the Travelway was excellent. Staff were amazingly friendly, and the hotel was probably the cleanest I have ever stayed at. This was my first time staying in a hotel alone, as my dad was being treated at HSN, and the room was SO nice and spacious, and very well laid out. Plenty of room to comfortably get around. The location was also excellent, being so close to the hospital. Practically in its backyard. I'm not used to city driving, and was nervous about trying to get a room somewhere if a lot of driving would be involved. But the Travelway is just 3 lefts and a right turn from the hospital, so only about 3 minutes in the car, both at 9 pm when I checked in, and again at 9 am when I left. And the air conditioner worked great, which was a major necessity for me. Also, was able to connect to the wi-fi very easily on both my phone and laptop.
Disliked: Do keep in mind that it's two-stories, and there are no elevators. My ONLY small complaints about the Travelway are 1) This was a relatively expensive hotel. And I was completely unaware until I was checking in that they offer a medical discount that's significantly less than I paid on Booking.com. You can't get the service online, you have to call/visit and ask about it to get it. And they did not offer it to me in the moment, even though I hadn't paid yet for my reservation. So it was disappointing to miss out on that. And 2) For what I did pay for the room, and how nice everything is (the room was FULLY furnished), I was disappointed with how little there was in the room in terms of tea/coffee. There were two coffee pods (okay), but only one tea bag. And for those three drinks, there was only two packets of powdered whitener, two packets of sugar, and 2 packets of artificial sweetener. Given the room's price point, I expected that I could have more than just one cup of tea, some actual creamer, or at least more than just two packets of whitener. I need two just for one cup of coffee. But other than that, I would definitely stay here again, and I'm so impressed with just how spacious the room was. If you are traveling to Sudbury to take someone to HSN, then 10/10 would recommend you stay at the Travelway! Just call them directly to book your room, and be sure to ask for the medical discount if that's why you're there.

I would recommend the inn...

Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. The bowl of oranges were past due. The eggs were rubbery. I wondered if the were powdered eggs. The meat was barely edible.

Disliked: No muffins for breakfast on Sunday
