Liked: Location. And recent tile and paint, so you can tell they are trying to maintain it
Disliked: Porch was asphalt, so floor stayed dirty and we couldn't be barefoot in room. Back door in the room didn't not have a lock. Tiny shower was 36x36, too small. Big roach was on sink. Adjoining room door made our room noisy from strangers. Bed was noisy.

Disliked: Nothing in the room, no mini fridge, or microwave had to walk to the office to heat food up. No where to keep anything in the room. No where to hang clothes.
