Pleasant

Disliked: Window sill chipped. Looked more like a dental reception, the extra beds were not comfortable the middle bar was sticking up more. Room wasn't 100percent clean

Liked: The man on reception was such a warm welcoming man.
Disliked: There was mould in our kettle which meant we couldn’t not make any hot beverages.

The manager ruined my entire...

Disliked: A terrible place, it costs like a five-star hotel, but in reality it is an ordinary roadside brothel. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom, and the extractor fan has probably never been cleaned, I had to clean it myself because the humming was unbearable. All things are shabby and look shameful. And the worst thing in this hotel is the manager. The employees are friendly, but you can feel that they hate him. He makes up rules that are not even on the official website and treats customers like homeless people. I paid 1500€ for 13 nights, and at the end he told me that I did not respect his hotel.
