Liked: The rate for the room was nice. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
Disliked: The actual property could use some upkeep. My room was dirty I used Clorox wipes to clean the bathroom and all surfaces. I did not ask for a new room as they could be all the same. Water pressure was iffy. It could use some new furniture as it was very worn out.

The manager was extraordinarily rude...

Disliked: I booked the room online and they said they were pet friendly so when I went to go check in, I told him that I had a pet the office manager that was there had a fit told me that I could not bring my pet in that I had to leave her outside because they have no more pet friendly rooms and how dare I not tell them when I booked online that I had a pet he was absolutely rude Tried to get a refund. They told me I had to go through booking to get it. It was 1130 at night. They were extremely rude. I decided to take the room had to leave my dog in the car because they refused to let me bring her in and then the office manager stood there next to my room when I went to go check in to make sure I didn’t bring my dog in and then he commits to telling three other people that were in their room what a horrible person I was, and that how he thought it was funny that I had to leave my dog in the car, it was completely totally unprofessional. He was completely rude and their breakfast sucked. I will never go there again.
