Liked: Very pleasant staff. The hotel is been a placewe stopped visiting with prior owner/ management but now it's the go to spot. Thank you

Stellar Customer Service

Liked: People were perfect.. They made sure we had a bottom floor room close to outside door and parking near the door to accommodate my disability.
Disliked: Bed was a bit stiff. Price was higher than I wanted but people .ade up for it!

Pictures are misleading

Liked: The location was perfect. But that's it
Disliked: The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The smell of our room was horrible. It smelled like a wet dog, and I had allergies the whole time. The room was next to the stairs so kids were ending in and out early in the morning.When we arrived the front desk kid never told us what time was the breakfast open. I found out it was from 6-8:30 am during weekdays and until 9 on weekends... I mean who does that? I asked to move to another room and the front desk lady and manager were very rude. Please avoid staying in this place. Does not deserve one star. Dirty rooms, bathrooms updated living spaces.. looks very run down. Nothing like the pictures.

It was okay, wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Good location to our nearby wedding we were attending, bed was fine, parking was fine as well.
Disliked: The “included breakfast” consisted of frozen waffles and frozen breakfast sandwiches. Also not allowing the food to be taken upstairs was crazy. The breakfast did not have much and was not stored properly. They didn’t even have boiled eggs..

Liked: This hotel is close to our daughter’s school, so very convenient. The hotel is very well kept up and clean.

Will stay here again!
