Liked: Close to train station and car park
Disliked: The entrance was in need of decoration

Liked: Was conveniently situated for what we wanted.
Disliked: Room was rather small. Could have done with a few hooks.

Liked: Very helpful staff,good advicne kin0dly give
Disliked: Not hotel but had problems with carpark.no lifts meaning we had to climb many stairs up and down,me recovering from heart surgery and husband on crutches due to long covid,also families with small children and big suitcases.

Liked: Location was a 10 minute walk away from the train station
Disliked: Absolutely horrible experience. A South African lady was the receptionist when I arrived and she had 0 customer service skills. I understand its a budget friendly hotel but you can take the word friendly out of the equation!!

Liked: The bathtub, nearby amneties, bus to the city center close by.
Disliked: Paying for the WiFi.

Disliked: Room was purchased with breakfast, but this was not provided.

Liked: not far from Heathrow airport. good public bus etc

Liked: It was fairly quiet, having a restaurant was useful for my daughter and I.
Disliked: Net curtains were hanging off the rail and needed a goo wash! We do not like machine hot drinks, freshly made with proper milk at reasonable cost would have been much preferred. Tea and coffee in rooms as well- fi !!awful form is printing back to front
