Disliked: Could not find our room with a lift being out of order fax to go to reception to ask where it was. No wardroom or shelving. Basic bathroom no draws

Liked: Were it was situated and value for money
Disliked: The bathroom did have a bad odour but properly due to old drain system

Liked: Cafe and reception
Disliked: Thr room was spacious and beds and wash area spotless. The carpet was disgusting and the window sill is rotting away.The area above the entrance that we can see is really grubby. Travelodge falls down by not replacing carpets and external tidying up. T

Liked: All staff fantastic Nan Ellen Connor Suzanne Andrew and those whose names didnt get. Location couldnt be better. Food range great and prices fantastic for quality. Parking arrangements also simple. Will definitely be back.

Disliked: Having to pay --- for a 3 night stay and not guaranteed a space not acceptable in my opinion

Liked: The location. the reception staff so helpful and the young man on reception is a credit to your company
