Liked: excellent staff
Disliked: I have made a complaint to Travelodge directly relating to noise

Liked: Good location to the town. 5
Disliked: When I arrived, I was told to park my car in a nearby multi story car park (a Q Car PARK) and the reception staff would validate my ticket which I did but when I left in the morning I was charged 10. Not happy!!!

Disliked: The hall and stairs were scruffy

Liked: it is in central reading.
Disliked: 1. The lift was out of action since day 1 and we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs. I complained to the hotel and no compensation, I did not pay for hotel room to walk 4 flights of stairs. 2. The room itself was not clean we could find dirt
