Location was great for us,...

Liked: Location was close to the central city. Staff were friendly enough.
Disliked: Rooms were on the small side. We had 3 rooms, 2 rooms had no power to the plugs, asked the front desk, they had a service guy come up right away, he got power to the hairdryer and said I can’t get power to the other plugs, nothing else I can do. So, we were supposed to accept that as an answer, surprised by that, usually you’d be accommodated by the lack of inconvenience. Tough when travelling and you can’t charge your devices in your room.

Excellent location for a city...

Liked: Very good buffet breakfast. Location excellent and within walking distance of both city centre and the quays and river. Excellent concierge service to deal with luggage storage and entertain the long queue on arrival.
Disliked: Long queue to book in on arrival.
