Liked: Overall very clean staff great room good

Liked: Staff were very pleasant and helpful, location was good as 5 minutes from station and 15 minutes walk to most things in the City
Disliked: Area around the hotel seems a bit 'run down' there was a lot of road noise one night with cars revving around the streets in the early hours. It is not the fault of the hotel though, but shows a general decline in standards in what should be a beautiful c

Liked: Central to Norwich.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking. It would have been good to have a discount off the car park payment.

Liked: Excellent hotel at a budget price. We were very impressed.
Disliked: Finding reasonably priced parking nearby was a bit of a problem, but the hotel could not have been bettered. It was a perfect location for the cathedral.
