Disliked: no usb charging points

Disliked: Everything. Rooms not cleaned for the 3-nights we stayed here. Had to ask for clean towels, clean cups, tea bags every day despite putting the tag on the door. The receptionists were unhelpful. The bathroom was tiny and the shower didn't work. Avoid.

Liked: Staff are always fantastic and always willing to help if there's anything is Wong

Disliked: Car parking in the area. The public car parks we were told to use by the hotel were some of the most difficult i have ever used.
