Liked: Staff was pleasant, though everyone new and in training with the change in management. Washer and dryer were useful and pool area very nice
Disliked: Landscaping looked a bit neglected

Liked: The rooms are nice. Comfortable and clean
Disliked: The rest of the property is very run down and shabby. There’s no room service, bar or any reason to be at the hotel. The pool area is bleak, full of leaves.

Liked: Was a good trip, however, due to the software being down, we didn't get our own room keys and had to wait/rely on staff to let us back into our room every time as well as onto the property. Other than that, the stay was okay. But it would have been nice to have been advised of the issue when we had called the hotel up before going there.
