Liked: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. All staff were very helpful and efficient. The hotel is very well decorated and spacious. I wish we'd had more time there The breakfast offering was excellent.

Liked: Staff were really nice and helpful, good location in Darwin and feels secure. Breakfast is great, lots of options.
Disliked: Had some trouble with the wifi but staff fixed it quickly, tvs didn’t have Netflix or any standard streaming services, no way to connect phone to screen share. Some stains on the walls and bathroom made it feel a bit unclean, bedding and kitchen etc was clean but just a few details that made the place feel less clean. We preferred the room in the hotel section more a week prior than the loft apartment.

Liked: The location is great for me. Close to Woollies, bus stop. Good walking distance to shops, galleries, outdoor cinema and waterfront. Lovely and well-maintained pool and furniture.Large room and balcony.
Disliked: A bit shabby on the outside; unloved ground floor rooms from the outside. No automatic doors from reception to walkway to rooms. I was surprised there was no room service for a two-night stay, ie bed not made, teabags replaced.

Liked: Location and value for money.
Disliked: Won't store fish after being on fishing charter though given a week's notice. Almost changed hotel, very disappointing for Darwin tourism.
