Unpleasant experience

Liked: Honestly the location and the breakfast. A lot has changed since my last visit there.
Disliked: The lobby used to have vending machines for water, snacks, etc, not anymore. The check in is as complicated as you can imagine. Been asked to tell them the number of my old passport which has expired and of course I don't remember it. Then the receptionist held my ID and asked me to write my address, etc on a black paper (as if they can't see it on my I'd), given the fact that they have me in their system, because I've been there multiple times. Same goes for the guy before me. So be patient on check in, it takes time. Beds were made as one double, although we didn't travel as a couple. They had to fix it for the 2nd night. The whole lobby broadcasts news in Spanish like it or not, you have to listen about the world's problems during your meal. It was double the price due to Easter, although no processions in this quiet neighborhood. I hurt myself in the bathroom, there were dangerous hangers which they mysteriously changed after that. The water pressure was less than a person needs. Won't stay there again voluntarily.

A good value option if...

Liked: Very handy for Metro etc and Daniela in reception should be promoted immediately...wonderful lady !!!
Disliked: Bacon & "sausage" at breakfast buffet...a good vet could have that poor animal back on it's feet in 5 mins ! The cook needs to go back to catering college !

Liked: Stay was pleasant, very clean rooms, nice breakfast, close to metro which connects to most centrally located stops

Very clean and pleasant accommodation....

Liked: Helpful staff, clean room and nice dining area for breakfast.
Disliked: Location wise a little far to walk with kids to the metro, but no fault of the staff.
