Disliked: Restaurant service bad only one person on bar and serving food at the same time. What I ordered was wrong, I wanted chicken and chips but got mash instead told they didn't have any chips all day but didn't tell the customers then he just walked away.

Liked: Its location convenient to my daily activities.
Disliked: The bed had only a sheet. When I asked for a blanket none was provided. When asked for clean towels, none again. Hotel grossly understaffed or incompetent, not sure which. Room carpets were stained and toilet smelled of urine. I had to clean it myself.

Liked: location for us was good , cost was good , did ask staff for extra toilet paper as we left to go out for the evening , gave our room number , this did not happen , she picked her mobile phone up as we started our conversation , at the check in desk ,
Disliked: so as I say she was talking to a mate on her mobile phone and I thought then , how rude she just isn't listening to me . and my task I asked didn't get done :(
