Liked: Kind and welcoming staff. Offered to choose the floor. Basic but comfortable room.
Disliked: Everytime someone crossed the floor door I could heard it as my room was right next to it.

Disliked: Three nights staying, two nights out of water supply, what will you feel? In addition, they don't clean your room when you stay, how mess is it every day!

Liked: The location is the best thing about this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It's not as clean as it could be. Place needs better maintenance. Only 1 lift, lights in room not working, no WiFi. Breakfast not as advertised. Not a full complement of juices on offer. Fairly certain the sausage was not real meat.

Disliked: trash/garbage from the previous guest were not emptied
