Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim on Disneyland Dr

Disappointing

Good location. Everything else bad.

Liked: The only thing I liked was the location. We were there to go to Disneyland and this hotel was walking distance.
Disliked: They should not be allowed to advertise free breakfast when they only offer toast, juice, cereal and waffles. Nothing else. I was quite upset about that since I look for places that include breakfast. Also, it's more like a motel. The beds are uncomfortable and I wouldn't be surprised if they had bed bugs. Everything is outdated, run down and doesn't look clean. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

i had a wonderful experience...

Liked: The front office personnel was kind and friendly , i was 4 hours earlier then the check in time , front desk personnel was nice enough to let me check in early, i got a room right in front of the pool area and parking was a few steps away when i walked it the room i was surprised at how clean it was the fresh sent of cleanliness was absolutely mind blowing considering the mixed reviews, i was also impressed by the amount of towels given i didnt have to ask for more , minding the stay i went in the pool a couple of times , the pool was super clean , and the area was also clean , in general cleanliness is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION, i stayed for 2 nights and i did get room service the next day upon request at the front desk , i am sure i would definitely stay again!!!!
Disliked: The 2 things i disliked of my stay were the jacuzzi it wasn’t clean and it was not turned on until the day i left that’s the only thing i really wished could of been done, and secondly the tv channels not a lot of options neither a tv channel guide those are my only 2 dislikes of my stay

Liked: It was walking distance to Disneyland even tho we drove. It was clean and quiet. Great breakfast.
Disliked: The fencing due to some small construction. But not a big deal.

Liked: Free breakfast.Clean and tidy.Friendly and helpful staff.Room was good.Microwave and fridge in the room was great.
Disliked: No table or desk in room only a coffee table.Only one chair, not sure if there were two people in the room would it have an extra chair.Even though I informed them through emails prior to my arrival that I had mobility issues they gave me a room furthest from reception/ breakfast room.Staff telling you different information. Eg the laundry, one person said laundry detergent was available and when I went to use the laundry there was no powder. When I asked again at reception someone new said that they didn't sell it but the gas station next door did.No information in room about what services were available and from where. Eg laundry, ice machine.

Good location. And spacious.

Liked: Location is very good, and budget friendly. Hotel staff was great and professional. No deposit was asked when I checked in.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was amazing. It was large and clean. My family also really enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: I would like more options for breakfast.
