Liked: Location close to the airport complete with a shuttle service.
Disliked: The heating system. Plus entering a cold room. Why not have some heat on knowing the room is booked.our stay was comfortable and convenient

warm clean room for great...
Liked: room was clean and nice. good view. wake up call on time. shuttle back to airport early was right on time. shuttle driver was very nice helping a lot of people with luggage. price was great.
Disliked: it would be great in the winter to have just a couple of none black tea bags. i was cold and would have loved some tea but only had 6 hours to sleep so did not want caffeine. Just a touch of comfort in winter to have some herbal teas.

Unacceptably filthy and very unprofessional.
Disliked: This hotel was a catastrophe! The staff are not trained at all, the management are rude and the cleaning staff clearly don?t have any level of knowledge. It was an unkempt, dirty, disgusting place that had major maintenance issues. I truly hope for Windam/Travelodge they fire everyone in that place clean it up and restart it. It has the potential to be a great place, if it was run and operated by others that know what a good hotel is. The current staff and management clearly don?t.
