Passable

Liked: Room were very clean and good size.Very central to westfield and train station, Staffs were quite helpful
Disliked: They dont provide toothbrushes .... You have to purchase off them, got moved to a different room due to sofa bed issues couldnt get the internet to connect tv again.Due to IT issues and couldnt get it fix very unfortunate.

Fantastic stay with great customer...

Liked: The room was compact but clean and comfortable. Bathroom layout and shower pressure good. Even on a busy long weekend there was no noise from within hotel or street. Westfield across the street was convenient for extras.

Great Location

Liked: The room ( 818 ) was lovely, and I was a little sad with the view. Very comfortable.
Disliked: Re : Breakfast was ALL COLD !! Bacon , eggs, hash browns, etc

Comforting Stay

Liked: I like the location and it being so close to the mall is a great bonus. We came here to attend a funeral, so this hotel was nice and closeby.
Disliked: There wasn't much parking options on the street for family/ friends to pick us up.
