Liked: The room upgrade we received, without additional charge, when our key card failed was way beyond what we would have expected and greatly appreciated. The staff were very sorry for the short inconvenience.

Liked: Friendly professional staff on check in and water views.
Disliked: Sink didn't drain, other doors opening and closing could be heard throughout the night, couldn't latch the door for extra security.

Disliked: Buffet breakfast disappointing. Head to harbour instead.

Disliked: Bathroom too small. Shower wasn’t suited to ladies with the shower rose in the centre of the roof hence difficult to keep hair dry. Nowhere for toiletry bags on the very small vanity and the toilet was too low and difficult for an older person to stand up from.
