Disliked: Didn’t have room service because it was a holiday. Don’t people work on the holiday.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Location was great, rooms were modern and restaurants available on the main floor. The staff was attentive. The heating and cooling gave no problems. Blackout curtains. Quiet street. Comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Not enough towel hooks and hangars. Windows didn’t open. No bathroom fan. Tiny garbage cans. No gym or pool. Parking pricy.

No-frills CBD hotel with great...

Liked: Location! Stones throw away from great restaurants and bars along the harbour. Also having the Tuckshop cafe next door was a big bonus for those lazy mornings!
Disliked: Parking is expensive - be prepared to shell out $54 a day to park at the Wilson carpark next door. It would’ve been nice if there was a deal in conjunction with the hotel for a special rate for guests. Street parking also available but still an hourly rate. Only bonus was it was free from 6pm til 8am the following morning.
